When you know exactly where your business is at financially at any given moment, you have confidence and clarity to make the right decisions to reach your business goals.
While we are based in Longmont, Colorado and work with local businesses across the Boulder and Denver area, we also work with small businesses across the United States thanks to cloud technology. Our preferred accounting software is QuickBooks Online.
Core Bookkeeping Services
We offer packages for ongoing bookkeeping services that cover recording and categorizing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll as needed.
For businesses not ready for a monthly commitment, we offer consulting services to help set up software and other training, including creating an optimal chart of accounts.
Custom Financial Statements + Review
We produce core financial statements for your business each month (income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows) as well as any other financial report tailored to your business needs.
We also hop on a call with you each month to offer our advice as it relates to the monthly financials, improving profits and reaching stated business goals.
Catch Up or Clean Up Services
If you have fallen behind or have inconsistencies or errors in your financial records, we will make sure the records are cleaned up and/or caught up and ready for tax time so you are in good standing with your CPA or tax preparer.

About Karen
As the owner of Keating Bookkeeping, I provide small businesses the information they need to make business decisions that lead to maximizing profits and exceeding business goals. I strive to take the stress and mess out of my client's books so they can focus on what they do best...running their business. I am passionate about both the detailed numbers and big picture creative thinking as well as just helping real people who own small businesses.
Given my previous experience as a financial analyst on Wall Street, I not only provide my clients with accurate and timely bookkeeping and financial statements, but also draw on my analytical and consulting background to provide insights to help drive revenue, increase margins and profits, and exceed business goals.
